Remoxe's Terms of Service

General Info

  1. By commissioning me you agree to the Terms of Service.

  2. I have the right to deny your commission for any reason.

  3. I am not responsible for any issues with things such as Copyright Claims, Copyright Strikes, DMCA’s, etc. This is your content that I am editing, and you are responsible for it.

  4. You must credit me (@Remoxe) in the description or in the pinned comment of the video.

  5. Do not claim my work as your own or use it for your own portfolio.

  6. Do not use my work for any type of AI training.

Payment Info

  1. A deposit is taken upfront, I will take the rest of the payment once the final edit is agreed upon.

  2. I will not work until the deposit is received.

  3. You will not receive a refund on your deposit if you cancel the commission.

  4. If I am unable to finish the commission for whatever reason, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit.

  5. Issuing a chargeback through Paypal will result in being blacklisted from commissioning me again. Please contact me to discuss any problems first.

Process / Updates

  1. Turn around time may be anywhere from 1-3 weeks. Any delays will be communicated!

  2. If you need the order faster you can ask for a Rush Order, which will be an extra fee. Rush Orders will be prioritized.

  3. Please make sure you know what you want when commissioning to make things easier. You can put anything specific in the “Extra Notes” section.

  4. Sending timestamps to specific moments in your footage, having an idea of edits you want, sending assets you want in the video, and anything else can help greatly speed up the process.

  5. You are allowed 1 major revision and 3 small revisions.

  • Major revisions count for:

  • Big changes to the structure of the video

  • Shift in direction for the video (ex: Fast paced editing to slower paced)

  • Small revisions count for:

  • Adding/Removing effects (ex: Zooms, Motion Tracking, SFX, etc.)

  • Changing or adding music

Content of Work:

  • I will not work on content with the following topics:

  • Political Content

  • Racism, sexism, transphobia, bullying, or hate speech of any kind.

  • I am willing to do NSFW editing; however, we must discuss the content of the video first.

For the Client:

  • You may post the edited work on any socials or video hosting platforms.

  • You MUST credit me unless otherwise discussed prior to video being delivered.

  • Do not re-edit my work without permission.

As the Editor:

  • I maintain the rights to the video and the work done under my name “Remoxe”.

  • I reserve the right to cancel the order for any reason at any time.

  • I will take the time needed to fulfill the commission, depending on length of footage and complexity of the edit.

  • I reserve the right to post the work on my socials and for it to be used in my portfolio / resume.
